Would we need 66 expensive, engine wrecking "cash for clunkers" programs to match the energy savings of Obama's national tire inflation brainstorm?

The facts: The U.S. Department of Energy estimates that drivers can improve gas mileage by as much as 3.3 percent by keeping car tires property inflated.
