[Q] On the issue of global climate change, what signs is Rwanda beginning to experience?

[A] We have been witnessing a lot of disturbances in our usual weather trends with delays in rainfall seasons or sometime a situation where there is too much rain in a very short period or lengthy droughts.

If we in Australia were to outlaw the unnecessary use of four-wheel drives in urban areas, we would immediately drive down carbon dioxide emissions and fossil fuel consumption much more than limiting immigrants could hope to achieve. If each of us committed to getting rid of our cars we could actually increase our population significantly while still protecting our environment.
