Winter Storm Cripples South, Heads North To Deliver More Misery | WSPA
The latest storm has already piled snow 4.5 inches deep in Central Park. Forecasters say New York City and its suburbs could get 9 inches to a foot of snow by afternoon. In New England, the National Weather Service is predicting up to a foot across most of Connecticut and the Boston area.

He plunged into water and died almost immediately of hypothermia after the incident on the Avon and Kennet Canal, Devizes, Wiltshire.
