Again: While attempting to raise global warming awareness, campaigner complains about the cold
It was so cold! During the days it hasn't been so bad and has been great cycling weather...but getting out of the tent early in the morning has been very difficult. The huge swing in temperatures in the mountains was surprising to me at first. The first night we were in the mountains i put up my tent and it was warm and nice. When I get out in the morning the window of my tent was frosty and the poles were completely frozen.12000km.org

I also need warmer clothes, as I can’t imagine now how cold it will be high up in the andes.
Climate change is one of the greatest threats facing humanity. Irrefutable evidence from around the world - extreme weather events, record temperatures, retreating glaciers, and rising sea levels – all point to the fact that climate change is happening now. And the overwhelming majority of scientists agree that human activity is responsible.
And yet the IPCC won't provide a list of scientists that form the "consensus" they promote. Where are all these scientists? We always hear from the same bunch...Gore, Hansen, Stern and a lot of others who have NOTHING to do with climatology!
