State Department has no oversight of $214M for spent on international climate change | Mail Online
The US State Department has almost no oversight of how some $214million it has bookmarked climate change prevention projects in other nations is actually being spent, it was revealed on Wednesday.

A government watchdog examined a large chunk of the international aid and found that State Department officials often had no procedures in place for keeping tabs on the money it doled out and did not require aid recipients to show that their projects had been effective.
EU sends €34m to Algeria for climate plan - UK Independence Party
The European Union has today announced it s sending €34 million to Algeria to 'to put the environment and efforts to tackle the impact of climate change at the heart of the country’s development policies'.

"With 13% of the EU budget coming from UK taxpayers, almost £3.5 million of our money is being poured into the desert sand," said Roger Helmer MEP, the UKIP spokesman on Energy and Climate Change.

Data From Leading IPCC Scientists Show Global Temps Have DROPPED Unprecendented 1°C Since 1990!
If you ask renowned IPCC scientists what the mean global temperature is today, they tell you it’s 14.5°C.

And if you ask them what it was 20 years ago, you would expect the answer to be about 14°C. Surprisingly, their literature from 20 years ago tell us unanimously that in 1990 the global temperature was 15.5°C, one degree Celsius more than today. Look at their own charts below!
