Prologue to Copenhagen: Chris de Freitas
In the lead up to the December meeting in Copenhagen, what is needed is careful reflection on the consequences of actions taken as a result of widespread carbon phobia.[Real hope and positive change]: Remembering Chicago’s (Electric) World’s Fair of 1893 — MasterResource
Flash back to the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair. It introduced the world to the newest energy, electricity, soon to become the energy of energies. A new era of hope and progress was on display. Twenty million visitors had their lives changed by witnessing the results of the transformation of coal inputs into electric outputs.Jennifer Marohasy » Lance Endersbee (1925-2009): Civil Engineer, Academic, Scientific Sceptic, Mentor
[Endersbee] The reason why SST, CO2 and LOD correlate so well is that they are all dependent variables. The external driving force is the independent variable. It is the electromagnetic field imposed on the earth which causes motion (rotation) and electromagnetically induced heating. The driving force is nominally from the Sun.From the World Bank’s point of view: On Copenhagen
However, I do not believe that the Sun causes its own sunspots. I suspect the source is a pulsating emf from galactic sources.
[Zia Qureshi, one of the World Bank’s leading advisors] ...It’s going to be tough. The New York meetings didn’t go well. The New York summit didn’t make much of headway. The noises we heard from Pittsburgh were perhaps more conciliatory but if you look at the language on Copenhagen it’s something along the lines of we will put in our best efforts.
