Harrison thinks the groups looking for the reclusive bird are too large. His idea is to have a "low impact" search - no more two or three people searching together, but having the small groups in more areas.

See the IBWO excuse list for: "Bird too wary, spooked by searchers (but not by traffic, hunters, fisherman, four-wheelers)"

Maybe we need to number the list so each time another excuse is presented, we can just say "there's excuse #5 again."
