SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is trying to cast himself in a new role: an international leader on global warming. ... He announced Wednesday that he will convene a first-ever Governor's Conference on Small Business and Entrepreneurship in Los Angeles on Nov. 18 and 19.
