I’m a scientist. I’ll take the side of the “U.S. Government’s Climate Con Job” every time, because I believe the science; there is overwhelming evidence that climate change is real, it’s man-made, and that we have a very, very small window of time to do anything about it.

....I just know that if you’re going to blog about climate, do it right. State the facts. Do it politely. Don’t be a jerk. And don’t lie, like Morano and his friends do.

Most of the 40 Republicans as well as several Democrats from states that rely heavily on coal and whose energy costs would rise under an ETS are likely to oppose. Which means the climate bill will probably crash to defeat just as a similar bill did last year.
