Sheep to the slaughter?

I'm starting to read some of the monstrous [1,201 page] Waxman-Markey climate swindle bill [PDF].

Do you think that your US representative has read [and fully understands] over a thousand pages of stuff like this (from page 890)?
DETAILED REPORTING AND DISAGGREGATION OF MARKET DATA.— ‘‘(1) INDEX TRADERS AND SWAP DEALERS RE PORTING.—The Commission shall issue a proposed rule defining and classifying index traders and swap dealers (as those terms are defined by the Commission) for purposes of data reporting requirements and setting routine detailed reporting requirements for any positions of such entities in contracts traded on designated contract markets, over-the-counter markets, derivatives transaction execution facilities, foreign boards of trade subject to section 4(f), and electronic trading facilities with respect to significant price discovery contracts not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this subsection, and issue a final rule within 180 days after such date of enactment.
Obama calls on House to pass climate bill | [Do you believe that he has read [and fully understands] all 1,201 pages of this bill?]
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama on Tuesday called on the U.S. House of Representatives to pass a comprehensive climate change bill, which Democrats hope to vote on Friday. "The nation that leads in the creation of a clean energy economy will be the nation that leads the 21st century global economy," Obama told reporters at a White House press conference.
May '09: Michelle Malkin » Waxman clueless about his cap™ bill: “You’re asking me?!”
Democrat Henry Waxman, primary sponsor of the radical cap™/national eco-tax bill in the House, can’t answer basic questions about the legislation’s details.
YouTube - Rep. Waxman: "I don't know the details. I rely on the scientists."

Do you believe that IPCC scientists have read [and fully understand] the 1,201 pages of this climate fraud

[By the way, why is Waxman completely ignoring "leading" alarmist scientist James Hansen?]
In it, [Hansen] rails against the Waxman-Markey cap-and-trade bill as watery slop and is critical of environmental-organizations-turned-Washington-insiders. Here’s Mr. Hansen on environmental groups supporting the Waxman-Markey bill: “This is just stupidity…the fact that some of these organizations have become part of the Washington ‘go along, get along’ establishment is very unfortunate.”

Searching the PDF, there is numerous references to "ocean acidification" as another problem along with the 'climate'. Free markets would be so much simpler than passing 1000 page bills, but too bad they lead to ocean acidification, so we can't have that.
