ACT MP John Boscawen says Australia's three-year delay gives Prime Minister John Key every reason he needs to postpone New Zealand's ETS. "He promised we wouldn't be climate leaders. We've been catapulted into being a leading position on climate change. We're the first and only country in the world to have a scheme such as the one we've got. It's absolutely crazy. We need to delay it," he told Newstalk ZB.
