Behind the Story: Al Gore scandal | statesmanjournal.com | Statesman Journal
I got a lot of help from Statesman Journal readers in writing my July 1 column about a Portland woman's sexual-misconduct allegations against former Vice President Al Gore.

The result was a column that was viewed several hundred thousand times and was discussed on radio stations in Seattle, Dallas-Fort Worth and Phoenix, Ariz. It soon became the most-viewed item in the history of StatesmanJournal.com.
