Vice President Vincent Siew is calling on Taiwanese to make the first day of each month a day to cut carbon emissions. Siew was speaking at the Business Council for Sustainable Development (BSCD) on Monday.

Siew said that people can cut carbon emissions by eating less meat, eating more fruits and vegetables and walking more.
