Exceptional snow situation causes City of Helsinki to turn certain market squares into parking lots

Helsinki’s Senaatintori, Kauppatori, and Kasarmintori squares will be turned into temporary parking lots on Wednesday.
This way, cars can be moved away from the nearby neighbourhoods to enable a thorough clearing of snow from the residential streets of the downtown area.
