The Fourth Evaluation Report of the Inter Governmental Panel for Climatic Change (IPCC) states the United States has broken records used to count emissions of greenhouse gases.
According to an IPCC text cited as a source to the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, that northern country has been from 1751 to 2006 the main historic emitter of carbon dioxide (CO2), with almost 100 gigatons.

What's the deal? If these people go insane enough, maybe we will feel sorry for them and what? pay? I suggest they "hold their collective breaths", until they turn blue...take a picture and mail it to us. It will make for good party laughs.
