Fuzzy logic, fizzy drinks « The Daily Bayonet
To summarize: Coke pays off the WWF with twenty million dollars. The WWF in return praises Coke for being concerned about global warming and taking action. Coke then continues to fill its ‘smaller carbon footprint’ bottles with a carbonated drink. You couldn’t make it up.
They infuse their products with what we are told is planet-killing CO2 for fun and profit, but the WWF sees no need to mention that. Why would they? The green shakedown is working well enough to get Coke to give them $20 million. Next up: Pepsico?
