[comment] So it’s not just trees that are “cherry-picked”.

How much longer are climate “scientists” going to sit on their hands on this kind of rubbish science?

Expensive consequences of climate change: report - News1130

TORONTO, ONTARIO (NEWS1130) - Many people might like the idea of warmer winters and summers but there is a new warning out about the expensive consequences of climate change.

A report released by the Institute for Catastrophic Loss Reduction (ICLR) predicts that the rise in temperatures in Canada, thanks to global warming, will be greater than the international average. It also says we will see more rain.

"Think of the heaviest rain event you've had in 20 years" says report author Dr. Gordon McBean. "You'll get one every ten years by mid-century and maybe one every five years by the end of the century."

Yes, of course I’m curious what the carbon footprint of an electronic display like this is, but we can relax—I’m sure the sponsor is buying carbon offsets from Al Gore.  And it looks like the sponsor can well afford it: the clock is sponsored by Deutsche Bank.  If you click on the URL mentioned on the display. www.know-the-number.com, you will be directed to the site of the Deutsche Bank Climate Change Advisers.  Isn’t it enough that German banks are on the hook for Greece and the rest of the wobbly Eurozone?  Do they have to put themselves on the hook for the fate of humanity, too?

Government employee unions are a real threat to national security, far worse than the unproven fraud called global warming. Government employee pensions threaten our children’s future. They will destroy the American Dream and wipe away our quality of life. America is doomed to follow Europe off the cliff, if we don’t dramatically reform public pensions…today.
