TIM FLANNERY: You can go online and have a look at what's happening to the north polar icecap. Even in people's own backyards over time they'll see changes, different insects and so forth coming in and plants putting out their leaves and flowers at different times of the year.
Those sort of changes will only start to get to a runaway stage. And many others, including sea level rise and acidification of the oceans.
