Perhaps he means the average temperature of a city/area, not an office. So then Calgary, with its -30C winter days and +30C summer days, would have the "optimal" temperature for productivity?

Which is why we never want to go to Mexico or Hawaii, or even the BC interior valleys.

Our smart people sure are dumb.
