Now this is beginning to make sense: 400 tons of steel require massive amounts of fossil-energy to be produced, for which they need to buy carbon offsets. These in turn are invested in tree planting or ...into even more windmill construction, so it can become a spiral (or "bubble") of more and more "green" business in the economy. The only problem ... we all starve then because they forgot to create wealth in the process.
