The updated list is on the upper right of my blog. I think that anyone who still believes in the climate hoax should sit down and skim that list for one solid hour. (Yes, I'm talking to you, Andy Revkin.)
1. By the way, if you go to this ClimateGate search engine and search for "redacted", you'll find ten hits with "redacted" inside of three square brackets, like this example:
[[[redacted: health]]]
Out of 5,000+ emails, all ten of the hits are in emails numbered below 161.
2. I noticed that early in the email numbering system, quite a few emails are missing (9, 22-26, 29, ...197). I didn't notice any numbers missing beyond 197, but I didn't look very hard.
I wonder what, if anything, those two clues mean for the "criminal outside hacker" ClimateGate theory. To me, it seems like someone on the inside may have done some work to "package" these emails for FOI purposes.

Tom: that was my impresssion after CG1. There was no "chit-chat" per se. No notices about birthdays, staff parties etc.
It seemed pre-packaged as a FOI.

Tom, its great that you give notice of your outed emails file, as I didnt even know about it. And I didn't know about the right hand corner link either. Great! It is a great reference, and I plan to spend at least an hour with it, as you recommend!
