Just try: "I, as a taxpayer, ...." and add the ingredients "social science, political campaign, oh my God!" Got it? Great! Now you are fit to comment as an expert on 99% of all climate issues!

Werner Krauss is a cultural anthropologist with a strong interest in human-environment relationships. He has conducted ethnographic fieldwork in Switzerland, Portugal and Germany. He has written a book on ecological discourse, political ecology and nature conservation in Portugal (2001, Hängt die Grünen) and published widely on landscape, heritage, nature conservation, environmental conflicts, and climate change. His recent interest is the anthropology of climate change with the guiding research question: what does it mean to live in the Greenhouse?
