Partying like it's 2007: Mass. forms climate change advisory committee - Mass High Tech Business News

Massachusetts Energy and Environmental Affairs Secretary Ian Bowles announced that the agency has launched a new advisory committee to help the commonwealth develop strategies for adapting to environmental changes such as sea level rise, warming temperatures, increased incidence of flood and drought and other predicted effects of climate change.

The Climate Change Adaptation Advisory Committee was created by the Global Warming Solutions Act of 2008 and comprises experts from business, academia and nonprofit organizations.
