The U.N. will do what it does best--gouge the wealthy nations (read the U.S.) and redistribute it to others such as Africans who have a well documented history of corruption. Just ask President Barack Obama (D) and his Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. And of course the U.N. will take a healthy chunk of cash for itself. And in the end, Africa will still be poor and starving and corrupt. And the climate will continue to change.

I, as an asthma sufferer, have already been thrown under the bus by the Obama "green thugs." It seems the small albuterol inhaler I have used for 37 years has been banned because of the global warming "hole in the ozone" hoax. Of course, it has been replaced with an inhaler that is "environmentally friendly." It costs five times as much and doesn't work for most asthma sufferers.

Report: Global Warming Poses Health Risks For Philadelphians

The report -- which digests federal climate data -- warns people who live in cities like Philadelphia, Boston, Los Angeles, and New York face strong heat waves in the coming years and worsening air pollution.

The report says that means increased risks of heart attack and strokes among senior citizens as well as asthma problems for youngsters.

The National Wildlife Federation and Clean Air Council are among the advocacy groups behind the warnings.
