I predict this is what Bill Ritter is positioning himself to do after he loses reelection. He seems consumed with climate change and ending the use of fossil fuels. He doesn’t want to talk about anything else. He won’t tell his Democrat General Assembly where he is on the death penalty or a lot of other bills.
