Why did the NY Times choose to lead a story on climate realists with a person who believes the Earth is no more than 6,000 years old?

How many liberals believe that crack cocaine is a CIA plot against black people? That 9/11 was an inside job? That Saddam had no WMD program?

How many believe in green jobs? Or shovel ready projects? Or that DDT is harmful?
