Sean Sweeney, director of the Global Labor Institute at Cornell's School of Industrial and Labor Relations, will present on the role of labor unions in promoting climate protection.

The 16 students from Ithaca have been studying the politics of climate change. They will be accompanied at the conference by Tom Shevory, professor of politics, and Warren Schlesinger, associate professor of accounting.
