Apparently false rumor about Hill's book

An excerpt from this Birdforum post by MMinNY:
On a possibly more significant note, the shipping date for Ivorybill Hunters has been pushed back two months, until April 30. It's hard not to speculate about the reason for the delay.
I emailed Geoff Hill about this, and he gave me permission to post this quote from his reply:
Oxford is working toward a rapid publication of the book and I'm sure it will be out soon. It has not been postponed or pushed back.

Minny Me got into a bit of a strop about info from this blog being made available to the wider birding public. Maybe when he comes out from behind his anonymous username the rest of us who regularly visit Birdforum might take him a bit more seriously. Or maybe not.......

Here's a little quiz for those who follow the light-hearted banter over on BF; What is unusual about McGillivray's Trout, Bonsaibirder, Russ Jones and Jesse Gilsdorf?

They are all the same person.

Uhmmm, they're all hunters who vote Republican and have an interest in the IBWO either skeptical or TB? They have life lists under 200? Light-hearted banter... ok I know that's not true! Next contestant!

They don't engage in name-calling?

They all think that the Light-hearted Banter is a neotropical parrot and hope to add it to their life list.

Any more guesses?
