Looks like the tide is running out for the searchers. If the bird is not found, I wonder if any of them will ever admit that they must have been mistaken?

Surely you vile Skeptics don’t think that the location of Hill’s study site with Eglin’s bomb range close by to the west, Tyndall AFB on the east, I-20 and a major railway crossing the area could not possibly have anything to do with our stream of “interesting” knocks. These sounds are real I tell you, real, real, real…. quit trying to come up with excuses and come help me fight off mosquitoes.
