Isn't "find" and awfully misleading word in this context?

The children's activities include an obstacle course, book readings, face paintings and a special passport that will guide them through the exhibits.

Sounds like prep for a future generation of IBWO searchers. Let's see, obstacle course consists of climbing over logs and wading a lot. Book readings from The Grail Bird. Camo face painting. And the special passport is actually a non-disclosure agreement. Makes sense.

Maybe the "C" in CLO stands for "Cult". Maybe it's the "Cult of Lunatic Ornithologists"?
