From Link #3... This area has been currently hot with sightings, and is historically very good (Goatman and Bigfoot sightings).
Goatman? I had never heard of that one. Fortunately, wikipedia explains it.
Hmmmm. Maybe what researchers are hearing and seeing are half Pileated / half goat? If the goat half was white, it could explain the extra white they report in the plumage.
I was going to quote him from the Researcher Forum, but people can see check it out for themselves. He had video of "Ivory-bills." ID based on size, white trailing edges, wing size and shape, and other giss.

Impossible! All TBs will tell you that the bird is "UNMISTAKABLE"!
For those of you who want to read a real beauty, it's available here in all its glory. On two occasions he saw 6 birds together, he got videotape, he saw them "kiss", and he still couldn't ID them. Throw bigfoot and goatman into the mix, and you've got yourself a top notch Ivory-bill searcher.
BTW, cyberthrush posted Lyttle's request for help with his search. It might of been nice if he had warned his readers that the man was stark, raving mad and totally clueless.
Evidently he heard bigfoot also (below). He seems to be the top poster besides the moderator who ties up the already uselees and mainly dead threads with his sugary "welcome aboards" at that funny website that most serious searchers now avoid.
>>>We did a few [sound sequences] but did not hear anything special. Rip confirmed hearing our [sounds]. He said there was alot of traffic up on the ridge where he was. We headed back to our cars and moved over where Rip was located. Lights off and parked we listened and heard similar type sounds. I cannot say I heard biped footsteps, as he described, although it did sound like there were some kind of critters up there. <<<
What he heard was the guy in white with a straight jacket....to bad for the IBWO...the searcher put on his invisible cloak to escape and remains at large now in SC.

From Link 1... Einstein said imagination was more important than knowledge-it worked for Dr. Gill of Auburn.
Dr. Gill?
the 3 times universities threw their equipment at the woods they came up with evidence twice. that's pretty good odds ( once in ark, once in fla).
"Evidence", not proof.
There will also be a scientific paper coming out on Bigfoot in the next 3 months. should rock the world with their evidence.
Oh.
i need to spend most of august, half of september, all of october in these 3 swamps trying to get video footage of the double knockers.
