Thanks a million, Tom! I'm sure this will be a valuable resource for all the readers of this blog who will be making their voice heard at the USFWS. If enough people present well-founded arguments against spending more than $5 million per year to recover a species not known to exist, maybe it will have some positive effect on the process.
