Google trends: United States vs Washington, DC

I don't think these graphs are necessarily significant, but they do seem to show that U.S. carbon dioxide hysteria may have peaked in early 2007.

Interesting - any context or discussion here?
I presume they relate to number of times the search phrase was used - but Global Warming seems to have only appeared in 2006.
