Sparsely-attended global warming protest in "chilly" Detroit

See some details at two different blogs here and here. (Note that both blogrolls contain "RealClimate" but not "Climate Audit".)

Some photos are here.

A couple of comments:

1. It seems a bit odd that they admit driving cars to an event that was supposed to send this message: “We refuse to drive cars that are driving global warming.”

2. If you're going to demand "100 mpg cars" or "zero emissions", I think you should also provide some technical expertise on just how this should be done. Sadly, I just don't think that Moore's law applies to automobile mileage.
