You'd think California would learn,
but apparently they still don't realize that their last zero emissions laws prevented plug-in technology from being looked at by the automakers, who looked for a fuel cell solution for many years,
spending many many millions, costing the consumer for their wild goose chase.Now that GM and five other automakers have plug-ins on the way, here comes stupey dupey California trying to paint itself as responsible by passing the same braindead and pointless laws, arrogantly believing that by so doing it can produce a viable
automotive technology. You'd think they would question the basic concept that a viable and popular technology would need to be forced at the point of a gun. What we have, Gentlemen, is a complete disconnect. But who ever accused Californians of being logical, in the first place.
