Fear causes hesitation and sometimes causes humans to lock up entirely.
The Warmongers are fearful. Their carefully constructed run at the Gravy Train is coming to an end. They will miss all the media attention, the international travel, the meetings at the Five Star hotels, the smug self satisfaction that they are saving the world a la Jorel & baby Superman.
Too bad, so sad. There is some big time reputation collapse coming and it is not going to be pretty.
