Senator Corker says new energy policy would affect nation ‘in many, many ways’

Here.

I recommend listening to the accompanying hour-long Bob Corker podcast. It's an eye-opening look at how politicians and others view the prospect of a stealth cap-and-trade "tax".

According to Corker, the Lieberman-Warner bill could result in transfers of wealth on the order of trillions of dollars.

At about the 40-second mark, Corker admits that "not a lot of Senators have a lot of knowledge on this issue".

Speaking of podcasts, I highly recommend listening to this one featuring Christopher Monckton.

It's just the warmed over Clinton BTU tax with added fear and hype of global warming BS. A mechanism that socialists, sorry in the case of Obama it's collectivists, can get control over the economy.
