I have not been "for" McCain for some time, if ever.
But his pandering to the cargo-cultists is a pretty big load to tow.
But the problem is: Now what?
Don't vote for him? Vote for somebody who has (the extent that "taken a position" actually means something) taken positions certain to hurt me (Clinton, Obama, others) or that have track records to wo afraid of (Paul, Huckabee, others)?
