Record-keeping meteorologists at the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) say this spring’s tornado season is one of the deadliest in a decade and may be on pace to set a record for the most tornadoes. And flooding in the Midwest has been at 100-yr levels this spring.1. I'm not super-impressed with Gaffney's attempt to tie this spring's tornados to a warming climate.
Dr. Jeffrey Gaffney, UALR’s chair of chemistry, said there is growing evidence that climate change may be the reason.
For starters, this spring has NOT been warm compared to other springs this decade.
