Environmental Skeptics Are Overwhelmingly Politicized, "Study" Claims

Environmental Skeptics Are Overwhelmingly Politicized, Study Says | Worldwatch Institute
"A lot of skeptics might say they are independent voices, but it's clear there is an organization behind the skeptical discourse," Jacques said. "If not for conservative think tanks, we wouldn't be having this same discussion; we wouldn't be hung up on whether climate change is real."

Disclaimer time again:

This is one of my favorite things about being a sceptic. While AGW advocates are practically forced to take loyalty oaths, and even lukewarm supporters are coerced into showing outward signs of fealty to the climate change religion (cheerful little decals for every shop window announcing "We recycle"), climate sceptics are forced the other way, they are badgered to renounce their beliefs. They are encouraged to throw stones at institutions which may or may not hold a common mindset on the issue.
To the best of my knowledge my thoughts haven't been shaped one iota by conservative think tanks. I do not receive money for my viewpoint.
But if I did I would proudly post the banner high.
If Exxon Mobile were to finance a blog for me You would read it in the header, because I don't give a damn what those tree hugging nazi's think.
