Big Bowl saves the world

For some reason, I ate at a Big Bowl restaurant this weekend.

One entire page of the menu was devoted to praising themselves for their noble environmental initiatives, with a special emphasis on avoiding the alleged evils of CO2. They've banned bottled water, they supposedly serve locally grown food, etc.

However, another glance around showed that they serve seafood (very hard to find "locally" in Minnesota"); also the wine list included lots of vintages produced in places like Europe, South America, etc.
