Regulations can control greenhouse gas emissions
Re: Northwest Passage lane clear of ice for second year, Aug. 14.

The clearing of the Northwest Passage for two straight years should be a serious concern for our regulatory agencies.

This is almost conclusive proof that man-made climate change is for real, no matter what the skeptics say. It cannot be a coincidence that the meltdown is happening in an area not too far from the largest sources of greenhouse gas emissions in the country. Most scientists now accept the theory that greenhouse gases are responsible for man-made global warming.
