Cool summer in Rochester, MN

From today's St Paul Pioneer Press, page 8D (not available online?):

Rochester, Minn. has had a rare year, with no days of 90 degrees or higher...This is only the fourth year since record-keeping began in 1886 that Rochester hasn't had any temperatures of 90 degrees or higher. The other years were 1967, 1992, and 1993.
