Who Are “We”? [Chris Horner]

Planet Gore on National Review Online
Al Gore's We Can Solve It group has sent out a mass email complaining that ABC refused to run the group's ad during last night's debate.

Maybe if Gore would lift the veil of secrecy on this $300-million enterprise so that the network, among others, would know who in the world they are, or are flacking for, that might remove certain worries?

I know I'd feel better, because the greens have taught me that you are who your supporters are. Their arguments leave no doubt that, whomever is giving this group money is clearly whose ad ABC would run — or not run. Say, Silicon Valley venture capitalists invested in a bunch of dogs waiting for the government to add value to them through subsidies and mandates (like Gore). Of course, those folks couldn't produce the ad and buy the air time with tax-free dollars.
Andy Revkin of the New York Times seems very deeply interested in funding sources for climate realists. Why is he so very uninterested in the funding of the We campaign?
