ScottishPower supplies off-peak electricity "at its discression", surely in this day and age off-peak should be supplied "for the customer" between 2am and 7am, with a boost between 7pm and 9pm before retiral for bed - exactly when the elderly need the heat. What is the point of boosting the heating at 11.30pm when they are already tucked up in bed with their electric blanket?
