But on an issue this critical, shouldn't we hear from "Weird Al" Yankovic as well?

Singer Björk weighs in
Björk was speaking at a climate conference in Brussels flanked by Gro Harlem Brundtland, a former Prime Minister of Norway and now the special envoy on climate change for United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon; Mary Robinson, a former president of Ireland and former United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights; and Margot Wallström, a vice president of the European Commission and a former EU environment commissioner.

The three women are promoting the concept of “climate justice” ahead of negotiations next month on a global greenhouse gas agreement in Poznan, Poland. They also are inviting the public to make direct comments and contributions to be circulated among lead negotiators in Poland at an interactive website called Road to Copenhagen.

The new plants “would damage pristine wilderness, hot springs and lava fields,” Björk said. “To take this much energy from geothermal fields is not even sustainable as it might cool down the fields in only two decades.”
