Can someone explain to me why Indonesia's religious leaders would turn to Prince Charles for information about the alleged dangers of CO2?

ANTARA :: Prince Charles meets with religious leaders
Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Visiting Prince Charles of Britain met with several religious leaders at a Conference on Religion and the Enviroment organized by the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Islamic organization here on Monday.
...
The conference discussed readiness of religious leaders to participate in informing the people about the danger of climate change and appealing to the people to conduct mitigation and adaptation.

In his visit to Indonesia, Charles raised two issues namely climate change and inter-faith dialogue.

He said in his explanation that Indonesia as an archipelagic country was very vurnarable due to the increasingly unfriendly environmental development including the prediction that in the next five years the ice cap would totally vanish in the summer.
