Bonn - Invitation: UNFCCC press briefing on Monday, 17 November 2008
At the briefing, the secretariat will explain how effective the Kyoto Protocol is turning out to be and what UNFCCC has done to put the necessary infrastructure in place for carbon trading in the first commitment period of the Protocol, which began in January of this year.
