Andrew, there IS NO DOUBT why, we have a cooler climate, it's due to having less activity on the Sun, there is NO DOUBT why meteorologists have become skeptical, it's because CO2 is still rising and world temperatures are falling, so, is CO2 the driver of temperatures...NO.
