It's slow and cold on Twin Cities roads this morning
And there's a good reason for it: The bone-chilling cold is causing black ice to form on the pavement, leading to several crashes, spin outs and lengthy delays.
At 2pm here in the Twin Cities, my thermometer reads 1 degree F. The local paper says the record high for this date is 58, set back in 1939.
